1/6/10 – 1A Gilbert Christian

Still rebounding from discipline issues, injuries, and sickness the Eagles were poised to stand tall against the undefeated #1 State-ranked juggernaut-like Knights of their 1A East rival Gilbert Christian (formally known as Surrey Garden). After a tough 1^st quarter that saw the Eagles within one possession of a tie game early in the 2^nd quarter – the Eagles went away from what was working for them and the Knights pounced on the opportunity to open up their lead. The game became played at a frantic pace which proved to be the Eagles’ downfall as they fell to the Knights, 62-30.
